LODGING
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fox Hills Resort and will be held

GOLFER ENTRY INFORMATION
Entry Fee: $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome. Entry Fee includes:
• 18 holes of golf with access to a cart and the driving range
• Lunch and steak dinner
• Free putting contest
• Refreshments on the course
• Participation in golf contests for men and women including Longest Drive,
Shortest Drive on the Fairway, Longest Putt and Closest to the Pin
• Drawings for prizes
• Evening networking and dance

FOR THE NON-GOLFER
$40/person includes noon lunch, evening steak dinner, refreshments, door
prize drawings, networking and dance.
